Goodgg.com Return Policy
You have 7 days to return any item or items in their original unopened package from the date
of receipt. You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges and restocking
fees. Any special orders may not be returned for any reason.
No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Please Contact Us prior to returning any items.
We make every effort to pack and ship our tiles carefully and we expect the same
consideration. All products that are returned need to be packaged in a similar fashion
as when received to ensure damage does not occur, no credit will be issued unless products
are received in good re-sellable condition.
No refunds will be issued on any tile sent back to goodgg.com. Without a return authorization.
All shipping costs associated with unauthorized returns will be the sole responsibility of
the purchaser. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stock fee, unless the return is a result
of an error in shipping.
Damages and Shipment Errors
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives to ensure there are no damages. If the
package or the tile is damaged, please notify us immediately by completing our contact
form and we will replace your tile at no charge. You must save all packing material for
an arranged inspection by our shipping company (UPS).
In the event that we have made a shipping error, or you receive defective material, we
will refund the entire purchase price, plus shipping Please contact us, toll free
at 800-706-4668, or by completing our contact form and we will give you all the information
you need to return your tile.
